Qi-Lu fengni jicun 齊魯封泥集存

Qi-Lu fengni jicun 齊魯封泥集存 is a catalogue of seal inscriptions compiled by Luo Zhenyu 羅振玉 (1866-1940), with a preface by Wang Guowei 王國維 (1877-1927). It reproduces seals of the collection of the Guo Family 郭氏 from Weixian 濰縣, Shandong, a region in ancient times known as Qi 齊 and Lu 魯. In addition, it presents seals from the Han period 漢 (206 BCE-220 CE) newly discovered in Tengxian 滕縣. The rather short book includes 21 imperial seals from the Han period, 55 seals of Han-period princes (zhuhou wang 諸候王), 39 seals of marquesses (liehou 列侯), 251 seals of local officials, 54 private seals, and a small number of other types, coming to a total of 429 seal reproductions.

The book is not only interesting from a calligraphic viewpoint, but also from a historical one, as it adds to the knowledge of Han-period local administration by discovering details not described in the official dynastic history Hanshu 漢書.

The book was published in 1913 by Luo's Shuimu Garden 水慕園 Press. It was reprinted in 1976 by the Datong Shuju 大通書局 in Taibei.
